The phenomenon of corruption to the nations: theory and analysis techniques. Aspects and occurrences of corruption phenomenon to the era of the great community transition from climate change and artificial intelligence. Game theory and assessment corruption figures in private and public sector. Shadow economy and new technologies. International organizations and handling strategies of the corruption phenomenon. Law and corruption interrelationships.

Brief CV:

Dimitris Prontzas is an internationalist, assistant professor of corruption with studies in international relationships and international law. Since 2007 he has been teaching the corruption subject in the Sociology Department of Panteion University. His thesis themed “Corruption: The controversial issue in the national and international community” resulted in being the cutting edge of a total and interdisciplinary contemplation of the phenomenon in national and international level, opposing to the fragmental and casuistic perspectives of corruption.

He is the creator of the indicator “Corruption Footprint Index”-(CFI), a global scale indicator of the calculative dimension of the corruption phenomenon which was presented for the first time 2014.

He is also the creator of “Human Corruption Metrics”-(HCM), an assessment model of public and private sector delegates towards corruption figures. Due to the 2017 launch of his last monograph “The corruption: from theory to geography”, he initialized the function of a network which includes a continual data resource both about the international bibliography (since 1940) concerning the corruption phenomenon, and the calculative dimension of this through the Corruption Footprint Index, implemented in all countries of the world. Studies that have been published in Greek and foreign magazines and have been presented in conferences.
